Within our Beta-test system we are employing industry standard network security protocols.  This includes use of a secure server with HTTPS / SSL encryption channels for all user log-ins and inter-device communications that occur over the web.  Please keep in mind, however, that you are participating in Beta-test development.  While we will exercise our best efforts to keep your data safe, it is possible that ongoing development may from time-to-time introduce bugs or security holes in the system.  Should such a condition be detected, we will take expedient steps to shut down any vulnerable access points until the problem is resolved.  EmPowerYu is HIPAA compliant, including protecting user data through separation of user identity from the data, and by encryption.

 

Data collected during the Beta-test program will be used for ongoing test and development purposes.  We will not share your data with third parties unaffiliated with EmPowerYu, or for marketing purposes. All contractors and employees are required to execute non-disclosure agreements.
